Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation has worked with ESA since 1998. We started from the premise...that we wanted you as one of our key business partners for custom engineering solutions within our Information Technology work. That initial premise has developed into a solid partnership over the past seven years. During this time, ESA has consistently provided SSCC with quality hardware and — most importantly — long-term support for the equipment on one of our key division-wide business systems within SSCC. I think the basis of our partnership has been open, honest dialog between both parties, always with the objective of providing a win-win solution for both companies. That dialog can be very frank at times when we've encountered problems; problems have to be expected when you are developing brand-new systems and processes. However, I believe we have achieved that win-win objective.

Of most value to SSCC over this period has been ESA's sustained commitment to long-term support of our systems. It would have been easy to find a company who would develop the hardware and then "throw it over the fence" after the development contract ended. ESA's commitment to a long-term relationship and support of the hardware that you provide has made all the difference in our ability to scale up these systems as our division and company have grown over the past five years.

My personal opinion is that any potential customer of yours would be making an excellent choice if they selected ESA for providing hardware or customized equipment software.

"I am happy to recommend the work of...Travis Carter.

During the past year, we constructed a multi-purpose facility consisting of 16,400 square feet. Travis's company provided the intercom system as well as much of the wiring for our computer system and phones. We have been very happy with their work.
